My approach is rooted in the belief that everybody has the capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive. To unlock this potential, I work with three different development focused methods: systemic coaching, training and workshops. Depending on the occasion the right method can be chosen to ignite growth, strengthen awareness and support you in reaching your goals.
In both individual and organizational settings, the choice of the right framework is equally important for setting and reaching your goal. By applying a variety of psychological strategies this process can be initiated and facilitated.

At AutopoieticMind, I welcome everybody who wants to achieve change, explore possibilities and improve their well-being.
Whether you have to adjust to a new situation or role, you are struggling with a decision, for example if you are unsure if you should continue your job or if you want to improve yourself, together we can find a solution for those challenges. My basic belief is that you are the expert of your life. Sometimes all it needs is just a little shift of focus and you can see more clearly.
In an organizational setting I can support you in analyzing the occupational environment and detect what can be improved. The social components and the organizational culture can be part of trainings and interventions. You can book a stress training and profit from knowledge and skills which are provided. We can work on attitudes and mindset of the whole team or focus only on the individual employees. Especially when working with individuals within the organization, systemic coaching might be the right approach for this purpose.
