Strategies

“The mark of a great strategy is how effectively it positions you to adapt to unexpected changes!”

What are my Strategies

Strategies provide a guiding framework for reaching your goals by setting the right approach and making effective choices, especially in unexpected situations.

At AutopoieticMind, I offer a set of different strategies: I work with instrumental strategies which focus on changing external conditions, mental strategies, designed to shift mindsets and attitudes, and open strategies, strategies which will develop during the process.

These approaches can work independently or in combination to address specific challenges. I tailor each strategy to fit your unique needs, and create meaningful, lasting change in life or work. Read more about my strategies on this page!

Instrumental Strategies

Changing external conditions

Instrumental strategies are all about creating meaningful change in your environment to boost well-being and clarity. By shifting key factors around you, like communication dynamics, your personal resources, or your physical surroundings, you can experience enhanced well-being and reduced stress. You can sharpen your focus and experience a greater sense of control.

These strategies empower you to make small but impactful adjustments that pave the way for lasting, positive change. It is important to know what you can change and what is psychologically meaningful to change if you want to achieve the best results for your performance, motivation and well-being.

Whether in personal or organizational settings, instrumental strategies enable you to build a supportive environment that aligns with your goals, making growth and productivity feel natural and sustainable.

Mental Strategies

Changing What you Think

Mental Strategies focus on creating powerful mindset shifts, using the brain’s ability build and reorganize synaptic connections via its neuroplasticity. The main idea is that you can recreate yourself and self-actualize what lies within you. You can achieve transformation, growth and resilience which embodies the concept of the autopoietic mind.

Interventions to ignite those changes can be very subtle but with great effects. It can be as simple as working on daily language use and its modifications. You will be surprised how much difference it makes. Working with mental strategies includes a variety of effective interventions.

We can work with a specific strategy for certain challenges in life. But we can also work on a specific topic, and I will support you with a variety of mental strategies. We can decide that together.

Open Strategies

Creating individual strategies

Sometimes the best strategy develops during the process. Especially in situations which are highly individualized it is more effective to work on an individualized strategy. This is inherently important in systemic coaching because you are the expert of your experiences, your goals and the way between both.

But in a training setting it can be also very effective to develop a novel and unique strategy depending on the specific situation. For example, an occupational background and its problems can vary and sometimes the best thing to do is to develop a individual strategy to ensure the best results.
