All three are designed to spark meaningful growth and awareness and help you to better understand processes around you and within yourself. About Systemic Coaching
You are the expert of your life!
The concept behind this method is the idea that you are the expert of your situation and your life. As a coach I will walk by your side and accompany you within the broader context of your environment, like your workplace or your personal life.
I will work with you by helping you define your goal and support you with different interventions to reach that goal. In this process you can discover different angles to look at your situation and find your own strategy to help yourself.
Motives for systemic coaching can be diverse. If you have to make important decisions and are not sure what to do, if you have challenges ahead of you or if you want changes in your life, I will support you. Systemic coaching is particularly effective for personal development, redefining your role, and decision making no matter if it is within an occupational or personal environment. Systemic coaching also works in group or team settings, but most of the time it focuses on individualized processes.
If you decide to begin your coaching journey, we will have an initial meeting in which we gather information needed. You can tell me about your situation and the issue which you wish to work on. This first consultation, a 30 minutes session, will be free of charge.
About Training
Understanding and MAstering the “HOW”
My psychological trainings are typically skill-focused and generally structured for groups, aiming to build your competencies, helping you to understand how things work and giving you a general guidance for modifying your behaviors and your way of thinking. The trainings at AutopoieticMind are designed in a way, which gives you a broad spectrum of knowledge and delivers as much practical exercises as possible to develop your specific competencies and skills.
At AutopoieticMind I offer trainings for different topics, for example my stress training. But especially in occupational team and group settings it can also be very effective to have tailored training adapted to your needs.
Whether you are focused on changing external conditions or if you want to modify your attitudes and the way you think I can help you to design a training which combines everything that is needed to achieve positive change.

Especially in the occupational field, they serve as a powerful tool to address team challenges, unlock potential, and build skills in a participative environment. Through hands-on exercises, guided discussions, and tailored activities, teams will explore their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and co-create actionable solutions.
The content of my workshops is tailored to meet the specific needs of your company.
