What is my Approach?

My approach is root­ed in the belief that every­body has the capac­i­ty to grow, adapt, and thrive. To unlock this poten­tial, I work with three dif­fer­ent devel­op­ment focused meth­ods: sys­temic coach­ing, train­ing and work­shops. Depend­ing on the occa­sion the right method can be cho­sen to ignite growth, strength­en aware­ness and sup­port you in reach­ing your goals.

In both indi­vid­ual and orga­ni­za­tion­al set­tings, the choice of the right frame­work is equal­ly impor­tant for set­ting and reach­ing your goal. By apply­ing a vari­ety of psy­cho­log­i­cal strate­gies this process can be ini­ti­at­ed and facil­i­tat­ed.

My basic belief is that you are the expert of your life. Some­times all it needs is just a lit­tle shift of focus and you can see more clear­ly.

In an orga­ni­za­tion­al set­ting I can sup­port you in ana­lyz­ing the occu­pa­tion­al envi­ron­ment and detect what can be improved. The social com­po­nents and the orga­ni­za­tion­al cul­ture can be part of train­ings and inter­ven­tions. You can book a stress train­ing and prof­it from knowl­edge and skills which are pro­vid­ed. We can work on atti­tudes and mind­set of the whole team or focus only on the indi­vid­ual employ­ees. Espe­cial­ly when work­ing with indi­vid­u­als with­in the orga­ni­za­tion, sys­temic coach­ing might be the right approach for this pur­pose.
